An Axe of Ultramar is an ornately crafted weapon used by the Ultramarines Honour Guard.
They are made from the jewels and ores found beneath the surface of Prandium and are highly ornate, but beneath the surface these are deadly weapons. They are only given to the greatest of soldiers from the ranks of the Ultramarines and these soldiers spread out throughout the chapter to lend their guidance and abilities to the squads they join.1-51
