Bone 'ead

A Bone 'ead is a part of the Imperial Guard forces. It is effectivly an Ogryn sergeant which has been genetically modified by the Schola Progenium to give heightened senses and greater awareness of its surroundings. It also increases the Ogryn's ability to command other Ogryns and gives them a modicum of tactical ability. The most advanced are even able to spell their own names or count.

These are often found at the head of an Ogryn unit, spurring on the other members to great feats of strength, and to show off to others. Nork Deddog may be one of the first, and most successful, genetically modified Ogryns.
