The Eye of Terror Codex was released in 2003 to accompany the Eye of Terror Summer campaign.

The Eye of Terror codex is a campaign book similar to Codex:Armageddon. It centers around the battle fought in the 13th black crusade, in and around the Cadian gate.
Army lists
The codex includes 4 army lists
- Imperial Guard- Cadians
- Chaos- Lost and the dammned
- Space Wolves- 13th Company
- Elder- Ulthwe Strike Forces
The codex includes a new special character for the Imperial guard.
