Damon Prytanis is a Human Perpetual. Prytanis does not remember his true name and has been active as an assassin throughout history. Sometime before or during the Horus Heresy he was recruited by the Cabal and assigned to watch over John Grammaticus in his mission. Prytanis was later responsible for rescuing fellow Perpetual Cyrene Valantion and bringing her into the Cabal fold. It took him to die and regenerate several times before Cyrene believed his story.[1]
Later Damon accompanied Grammaticus to Macragge on his mission to kill Vulkan with the Fulgurite.[2]
