Draeg was a Space Marine brother of unknown Chapter.(see note in Presumption)

During the fighting with some enemy, he sacrificed himself by instinctively hurling himself flat on the approaching Mole Mortar shell. Received fatal injuries, he managed to make sure that all his brothers were whole and survived, after which he took the "Emperor's Mercy" at the hands of Chapter's Apothecary. Due to his act of bravery Draeg name was entered in the Book of Honour.[1]

Presumption

Book of Honour was mentioned in the background of Warhammer 40'000 only once - see Naaman of the Dark Angels. So presumably (though it is unsure) that Draeg also was a Dark Angel.
