Dreadnought Close Combat Weapons or (DCCW) Can be either a Power Fist,Chainfist or various other whips and claws that can be mounted on either arm, worn as a pair, or in place of a ranged weapon.

The Furioso Pattern Dreadnought of the Blood Angels is a prime example of a Close Combat based Dreadnought, it incorparates two Power Fists but with a Storm Bolter built into one to deal with infantry which can be upgraded to a Flamer (if required) and a Meltagun built into the other arm for use against any enemy vehicles the Dreadnought may encounter. This strikes a excellent balance between close and ranged warfare.
