The Fusion Blaster is a Tau weapon and is similar to other species Melta Weapons in that it delivers a highly concentrated Ion blast at near point-blank range to, quite literally, melt through armour, disabling and destroying vital systems within. This weapon is able to be mounted on the Crisis Battlesuit^1,2 and the Stealth Battlesuit² as well as the Piranha Skimmer² which has recently been added to the Tau Army List.
