The Gellerpox Infected are warbands of Chaos corrupted Humans. Once members of the Elucidian Starstriders serving aboard the New Dawn, they have since succumb to the Gellerpox.[1]
The Gellerpox Infected are ruled over by the Twisted Lords.[2]
