Ignatius Cardinal is a world of the Imperium. It has only been referred to as the location of the Schola Progenium attended by Colonel-Commissar Ibram Gaunt and Commissar Vaynom Blenner.[1]

The Schola was located within visible distance of Ignatius, the world's capital city and the main Ecclesiarchy Temple on the planet, whose towers stretched over two kilometres into the air. The world was noted to be cold, wet and dark.[1]
