Kadai Vilaccan was a Tribune of the Legio Custodes during the Horus Heresy. He died five years into the War Within the Webway, two weeks after the death of Jasac. Against the counsel of Tribune Endymion and Commander Krole, he advanced far into the tunnels beyond the Impossible City after the Mechanicum calculated the foray would be a crushing victory[1b]. After his death, Ra Endymion was the last Tribune.[1a]
