Karandras is an Eldar Phoenix Lord of the Striking Scorpion Aspect. No one knows where he came from, but it is said that he was not the first Exarch of the Striking Scorpions. Arhra, the Father of Scorpions, was the one to found the shrine but he turned to darkness and destroyed the Shrine of Asur before retreating to the webway as the Fallen Phoenix. No one knows if he is still alive.
