Marlus Porelska was the Governor of Cadia at the time of the opening stages of the Thirteenth Black Crusade. During the treachery of the Volscani Cataphracts at the Battle of Tyrok Fields, Porelska's Leviathan vehicle was destroyed and the Governor was killed along with the rest of the Cadian high command. His rule of Cadia was replaced by Castellan Ursarkar E. Creed.[1]
