Monglor is a Mining World of the Imperium, located in the Armageddon Subsector.[1] It is inhabited by tribes of Ogryns, which are sometimes recruited into units for the Astra Militarum known as the Monglor Ogryn Auxilia.[2]
History
In the course of the Third War for Armageddon, a large proportion of the planet's Ogryn natives have rebelled against the Imperium; this is possibly due to the presence of Orks on Monglor stirring up the natives' bloodlust, but there have also been sightings of an Eldar Craftworld in the nearby stellar area. The Angels of Redemption were hastily deployed to crush the rebellion and end the threat.[2]
