The Order of the Iron Star of Mordian are impressive medallions that the Iron Guard awards to Guardsmen within their regiments and they are said to carry a fraction of the Emperor's protective grace. While the Mordians are resolute and tenacious, none are more so than those of the Iron Guard who have earned the right to wear an Order of the Iron Star.^[1]
