Quixos was an Ordo Malleus Inquisitor declared Extremis Diabolus in 342.M35. He was tainted by the shard of a daemon which became lodged near his heart and from then on slowly investigated how he might best use the powers which came with his connection to the warp to best use. He joined forces and collaborated with the Mystic Path and bound the daemon Kharnagar into his sword, stole the Malus Codicium from the library on Zandrini Prime, created several daemonhosts such as Cherubael and Prophaniti and generally spread his influence and control throughout the entire Imperium.1

He was often in contact with more puritan Inquisitors and is known to have killed Helgrund and Lugenbrau. He sent his puppet Inquisitor Molitor and Cherubael to infiltrate Eisenhorn's cell of Inquisitors while investigating the Necroteuch in order to steal the book for himself. Molitor was killed and Quixos ceased his attempts.1

Quixos then moved on to an attempt to build serebite obelisks based on the Cadian versions. He believed these would be able to control the flow of the warp on a galactic scale. He needed many powerful psykers to create these pylons and engineered the destruction of the Triumph of Thracian to free sufficient psykers including Esarhaddon. Eisenhorn investigated this incident and this led him to Cadia and then Farness Beta, home to Quixos's base. Quixos was killed when Eisenhord attacked him in single combat.1

By his death, Quixos was horribly deformed through both his contact with Chaos and the sheer fact that he lived for over 6000 years, Inquisitor Eisenhorn operating in M41 and Quixos being declared Extremis Diabolus in M35. His eyes were crimson and his skin cracked and deformed. Despite his apparent frailty, he moved with lightning, inhuman speed and only through the bond between Eisenhord and his force-weapon Barbarisater could he be defeated.1
