Furthermore, GW regards the Dawn of War games NOT to be canon, so the mentions of these are out of context.

That claim needs a source.

I bumped this because these statements are true: "Recently, the Alpha Legion was active in the Kaurava system, fighting the Dark Eldar on Kaurava IV." refers to the dawn of war soulstorm campaign mode. if it is not cannon then I believe this should be removed Pikez33 20:14, 5 December 2008 (CET)

Chaos?

Following "Legion", it is highly doubtful that The Alpha Legion are worshippers of Chaos. I would challenge the statement they worship chaos heavily.

Numerous of their characters and forces are fighting in what appears to be alongside chaos. Unless they are a legion fully divided and a massive, massive legion,it seems relatively laid out that they are for chaos. - Hotrivals

Pre-Heresy

Legion takes place before the Heresy,why do the alpha legion know the nurth is infected with chaos despite the fact that Other legions,such as the Lune Wolves, among others, know nothing of the intelligences in the warp? the chaos gods.

Chaos Dedication

Are the Alpha Legion dedicated to Khorne? They don't seem to fight in the right way for that. I'd suggest Undivided/unaligned, though I'm not certain.--Jonru 22:28, 26 May 2008 (CEST)
