Questionable Trivia

"The Godwyn Pattern Bolter is named after sculptor Jes Goodwin, who designed most of the Space Marine models."
"The Godwyn-Deaz Pattern Bolter is named after sculptors Jes Goodwin and Juan Diaz, the latter having scuplted the majority of the current Sisters of Battle models."
I removed this from the article until somebody provides a source. --Inquisitor S., Großmeister des Ordo Lexicanum 14:35, 11 January 2012 (CET)

Calibbre

Somebody please confirm the .76 calibre, supposedly from INdex Astartes III. --Inquisitor S., Großmeister des Ordo Lexicanum 23:24, 13 January 2012 (CET)

Boltgun/Bolter from the RPG

Since i don't know how to deal with this page, I'll leave the citations (with rules) and sources and hope anyone experienced with this page can do it for me.(all from the RPG). Any questions ask me--Ashendant 22:26, 26 January 2012 (CET)

Discussion

The Angelus is already on the list - under "Angelus boltgun". Thelemur 22:34, 26 January 2012 (CET)
Yes but it's called a Bolter, and while i suspect Bolter and Boltguns are the same i'm not sure. Also i don't want to peddle back and i'm not used to this page so i'll leave it to someone else.--Ashendant 22:52, 26 January 2012 (CET)
No probs. The terms bolter and bolgun are interchangable - they are one and the same. I set up re-directs for both names to this page. Im not going to add any info into these pages atm as Inq S did alot of work on them recently and I fear his wrath too much to meddle with the pages! Thelemur 00:16, 27 January 2012 (CET)

Done

Did both boltguns

Categories

The categories for the bolt weapon images are all over the place; didn't want to make changes due to there being an ongoing project on bolters.--Mob 02:38, 18 March 2012 (CET)

Ammunition

"Breaching Rounds" in the ammo section appear to be for shotguns not bolters The Lemur 22:17, 8 July 2012 (CEST)

I agree, you can remove/ transfer it. --Inquisitor S., Großmeister des Ordo Lexicanum 12:22, 11 July 2012 (CEST)
Yeah i think i made that mistake... anyway wouldn't it be easier if we split the ammunition article into it's own article?--Ashendant 15:37, 11 July 2012 (CEST)
As long as there is a rough overview here... It often helps readability to put very detailed info in their own articles. As a sidenote: there's something about anti-SM ammo rounds in "Deliverance lost". --Inquisitor S., Großmeister des Ordo Lexicanum 14:17, 12 July 2012 (CEST)
Removed references to shogtun, autogun, and weber ammo from bolter ammo section. Will try to add this info to autogun and weber sections later on. --Turbo 12:32, 1 November 2013 (EST)

What in the heck is "depleted deuterium"? Isn't that just hydrogen? Bobmath (talk) 09:29, 16 October 2018 (MDT)

Its an isotope of hydrogen. Depleted deuterium is isolated 2H hydrogen with small amounts of 1H hydrogen.TheNuclearSoldier (talk) 10:51, 16 October 2018 (MDT)
I fear your talking D: Hereteks ;)---Darkelf77 (talk) 10:59, 16 October 2018 (MDT)

Lion Pattern

In Space Hulk: Deathwing, an STC fragment you can find is for a "Lion Pattern" Bolter. I don't see any other source with lore for this pattern, but you do find it in Caliban's Will, meaning that it originated from sometime before the Horus Heresy. I am trying to find an extracted model of the STC fragment to use as an image for the pattern. Does anyone know more about this pattern, or have an extracted model of the STC?
