Talk:Codex: Dark Eldar (3rd Edition)

Once again, there was, and never will be, a Dark Eldar 3rd edition codex!

But there was a 3rd Edition of the tabletop game and one of the army books (edited for the 3rd edition) was about the Dark Eldar. The title is is intended to be simple and understandable and not 200% accurate. Irulan 03:37, 1 May 2008 (CEST)
Then why can't it simply be changed to Codex: Dark Eldar? By Army book do you mean the five or six page entry in the 3rd edition guide book with the Dark Eldar Army list that is no longer used? DMfromhell 09:41, 29 April 2008 (EST)
Because we took the standard of putting (xx edition) after each codex, where xx is the GAME edition the codex is designed for. For instance the Codex: Angels of Death (2nd Edition) is the first and only edition, yet it's for the 2nd edition of warhammer 40000 (the first one was called rogue trader.)--Madness 03:45, 1 May 2008 (CEST)
Ahh... I see. So then codex Dark Eldar came out WITH the third edition version of the game. But, since they used the same cover as the previous edition, put the second edition stamp on it. Sorry, small misunderstanding. DMfromhell 09:47, 30 April 2008 (EST)
It's ok as long as you got it. Btw, next time try to discuss before moving stuff along. :P --Madness 03:54, 1 May 2008 (CEST)
Will do. Moved it back. Actually, I've tried to discuss this for some time because things like this bother me... this is actually the first time someone's said anything! DMfromhell 09:57, 30 April 2008 (EST)
Heh, not much I can do about that, I can only act in the present timeline, my temporal dislocator was eaten by a grue. :P --Madness 03:58, 1 May 2008 (CEST)

Actually I looked at your edits (and questions) and Jonru answered most of them. Some questions are a mystery to me too (Sisters of Silence - I know almost nothing about them) Irulan 04:02, 1 May 2008 (CEST)
