Tolwyn Tan Draconis was the High King of House Draconis and father of Jennika Tan Draconis and Danial Tan Draconis.[1][3a][3b]

Biography

During the First Ork War of Adrastapol, Tolwyn served as Gatekeeper of his father's Exalted Court. He led a lance of twelve Knights in the defence of House Draconis's keep Draconspire from the Orks of Warboss Skarjaw. In the resulting battle, Skarjaw was beheaded by Markos Dar Draconis and the war was won shortly afterwards.[2]

Tolwyn later became the High King of House Draconis, and served in that role by the time that the Word Bearers invaded the Imperium Industrial World Donatos; Tolwyn later led Adrastapol's Knight Houses to aid in its defence. However, disaster struck during the battle with the Word Bearers when the Adrastapolian Knight Houses, Chimaeros and Wyvorn, began attacking their fellow Knights after their Thrones Mechanicum were tainted through Chaos witchery. In the bloody betrayal that followed, High King Tolwyn was killed and it fell to his son and heir, Danial Tan Draconis, to rally together the remnants of Houses Draconis, Pegasson and Minotos' forces.[1]

Knight Suit & Wargear

In battle Tolwyn rode the Knight Paladin Fyreheart, which was equipped with a relic laser-blade instead of the standard Reaper Chainsword. This blade, along with Tolwyn's crown, were claimed by the traitor Viscount Gerraint Tan Chimaeros after the High King's death.[3b][3c]
