The Vigilus System is a region of Imperial space in Segmentum Obscurus.
The Vigilus System is the only safe route through the Nachmund Gauntlet, allowing one to safely navigate the Great Rift. This makes it a strategically vital location, and the Imperium has faced many challenges to its holdings in the System.[1]
