The Vigilus System is a region of Imperial space in Segmentum Obscurus.
The Vigilus System is the only safe route through the Nachmund Gauntlet, allowing one to safely navigate the Great Rift in the process. This makes it a strategically vital location, and the Imperium has faced many challenges to its holdings in the System.[1]
