'Urty Syringes are huge steel syringes filled with some toxic goo or liquid, usually carried around by Ork Painboyz along with other forms of rusty medical paraphernalia1-p36, ranging from saws, blades and hammers2-p38.
When used in combat, they prove to be an extremely powerful weapon although they don't work against opponents with peculiar physiologies, such as daemons, tyranids, etc.
Apparently they have replaced Syringe Squigs in the current warfare.
