Advanced Stabilization System

The Advanced Stabilization System is an upgrade for Tau Battlesuits. It allows an Battlesuit to fire heavy weapons while the battlesuit is moving, although at a somewhat slower pace.
Since the Crisis Battlesuit and Stealth Battlesuit already fire heavy weapons stabilly now, because of their jetpacks and rellentless ability, this upgrade is only effective on the Broadside Battlesuit.
