Animus speculum

The Animus Speculum is a weapon used by the Culexus Assassin in Codex: Assassins (3rd Edition). Exactly how the weapon works is unknown, but it is believed that it projects a blast of warp energy (or the Assassins directs the blast from himself through the device) at his enemy.1 In the Warhammer 40,000 3rd Edition Rulebook, which was produced before Codex: Assassins, the Animus Speculum had no special rules and counted as another weapon.2
