Bionic Bonce

The Bionic Bonce is an Ork device which is attached to Orks who receive dangerous head wounds. Often the Mad Doks will take off most of the cranium and replace it with solid armour plates. This may have been the same process which awoke something in Ghazghkull Thraka which led him to become one of the greatest leaders of the Orks in history.
