Imperium Portal Ecclesiarchy

The Black Order for the Calixis Sector is located on Maccabeus Quintus a Shrine World. It is an organization of militant priests that aid the Ordo Malleus in their work. The priests, called the Black Priests of Maccabeus, are all subject to a powerful mind-altering ritual that makes them highly resistant to possession, called the Encarta Maleficarum. It does, however, shorten their lifespans and drives them closer to insanity.^[1]
