Cadmon's Lock is an Imperial Forge World.[1]
History
The planet was dedicated to small arms and munitions production until the coming of the T'au. After infiltration and subversion by Water Caste spies, it was reported that the planet's underclasses were planning a rebellion against their cruel masters. This was accurate, but masked something far more sinister. A cult known as the Disciples of the Bleeding Star had infiltrated the world, spreading worship of their strange gods. The Cultists set upon the T'au emissaries and their escorts, forcing them to flee. However, before the T'au departed they activate a holo-signal that was picked up by Imperial authorities. Shortly after Skitarii forces are deployed to the planet to purge the cultists, watched carefully by the T'au all the while.[1]
