Carnac Commodus was an Arch-Centurion of the Astral Claws Space Marine Chapter.[1]

History

A mere neophyte when Lufgt Huron ascended to the mastery of the Astral Claws Chapter, Commodus was a fanatical and evil warrior who, upon his initiation to the Chapter, was included into the newly-formed Tyrant’s Legion. As well as proving to be a merciless and unforgiving fighter he also quickly gained a reputation as a vocal advocate of the right of the Space Marines to rule humans in their charge as living gods, and as a leader of the hideous Retailator squads he commanded numerous bloody massacres of the ‘unworthy’ on Badab Secundus and the Tyrant’s outer colonies. As he rose in favour and rank during the Badab War Commodus also grew in arrogance and spite, and few were more devoted to the Tyrant’s will. Due to his devotion and brutality he was given overall military command of the Tyrant’s secret operations on Shaprias, and his urge to spill blood and desire to please his master at any cost would lead to the infamy of the Red Hour[1], where he was decapitated by raged Executioners.[2]

Carnac Commodus was armed with a chainsword Blood Biter.[1]
