Daemon Characters Category

Following Ashendants earlier query on categories - is there any reason to have both "category:Characters (Daemon)" and "Category:Characters (Chaos Daemon)"? It seems somewhat redundant, and I dont believe there are any characters that are in the former category that arent in the latter. Would it be ok to delete one and just leave "category:Characters (Daemon)"? Thelemur 00:01, 7 November 2011 (CET)

Yup - Category:Characters (Daemon) and Category:Characters (Chaos Daemon). I'd think moving everything under Category:Characters (Daemon) and deleting the other would make sense, but dont like deleting categories without discussing it 1st. Thelemur 00:16, 7 November 2011 (CET)

Well i just finished splitting the necron and c'tan categories, yours depends on what you want to put into that category, dow 2 says there are non-chaos daemons(avatars), but putting everything under daemon works too--Ashendant 00:27, 7 November 2011 (CET)

Cool - I'll move everything to "Daemon" rather than "Chaos Daemon" then. (Specifically Chaos articles will already have additional Chaos/Khorne/Nurgle etc. Categories anyway) Thelemur 01:03, 7 November 2011 (CET)

Yeah but be careful somestuff are subcategories of the faction "Chaos Daemons"(as is the official name given by gw workshop) so be careful with what you move(troops, wargear and such should remain under chaos daemons), i'll be renaming the gods and daemons section into just chaos daemons if nobody opposes with a reason soon.--Ashendant 01:06, 7 November 2011 (CET)

There is a distinct missing of a lot of subcategories for Chaos Daemon and Chaos Space Marines(i heard they are going to be renamed Chaos Legions :P) factions, i think it's because the Chaos faction has been divided into 2 different armies(rumours say soon to be 3)in the 4th edition--Ashendant 01:12, 7 November 2011 (CET)

Thats true, but we are supposed to focus on background info on the Lexi, rather than by army lists/games mechanics etc. so I'll go ahead with my edits atm and if someone feels the need to revert later on, so be it Thelemur 01:30, 7 November 2011 (CET)
