Celestian Squad

The Celestian Squad is a unit of the Adepta Sororitas and is part of a Witch Hunters army.

Organisation
The Celestian Squad is made up of between 3 and 9 Celestians and one Sister Superior. The Sister Superior may be upgraded to a Veteran Sister Superior giving her access to the Witch Hunters Armoury. They are all armed with a Bolter and the Sister Superior may exchange her Bolter for a Bolt Pistol and Close Combat Weapon. The squad may also include a Priest and one Celestian may be upgraded to a Celestian Imagifier. Up to two Celestians may be upgraded with one of the following:

Note that if you chose a heavy weapon you may only chose one assault weapon.
The squad may be upgraded with both Frag Grenades and Krak Grenades. They may be upgraded with a Rhino or if the squad is 6 units or under then they may take an Immolator.[Needs Citation]
Celestian Superior
The senior Celestians in an Order, Celestians Superior aid the Canoness with the day-to-day running of the Order. They specifically act as administrative liaisons between the Sisters Superior and the Canoness, and may even lead Battle Sisters into combat when the Canoness is otherwise engaged.1
Celestian Bodyguad
Occasionally, Celestians may be formed up into bodyguard groups for senior members of the Order, such as Celestians Superior or even a Canoness. To be selected for such a role the Celestian must have previously distinguished herself in battle. The most noble warriors of the Order, Celestians approved for bodyguard duties may also be given additional responsibilities, such as becoming a banner-bearer, an Imagifier or a being assigned a particular duty in the Convent-Shrine.1
