The Eye of Terror codex is a campaign book similar to Codex: Armageddon. It centers around the battle fought in the 13th Black Crusade, in and around the Cadian gate.

The codex includes 4 army lists
- Imperial Guard- Cadian Shock Troopers
- Chaos- The Lost and the Damned
- Space Wolves- 13th Company
- Eldar- Ulthwe Strike Forces
The codex includes a new special character for the Imperial Guard.
