Crucible-Omega is a Daemonic Forge World of the Dark Mechanicum.[1]
This world was founded during the Age of Strife and is believed to have never been incorporated into the Imperium. The planet eventually came to worship an STC system which somehow seems to have gained a degree of sentience. It has since fallen in with the Ruinous Powers.[1]
