Cyborks are the bodyguard of Ork Painbossess. Usually consisting of weirdly altered, (sometimes not to their own benefit) Orks that have become the (sometimes unwilling) test subjects for many a Painboss's experiments, and they are a fusion of hardy Ork biology and crude Ork bioniks. Due to their wildly changed bodies, their ballistic ability suffers from a lack of coordination. However, as typical with the Ork kind, this does not affect their skill at hand to hand combat.

The Cybernetic nature of their mutilated bodies makes the naturally resilient Ork biology even tougher, allowing them to shrug off blows and injuries that would slay even the hardiest unaugmented Ork. Such resilience is useful, and many a brave Warboss has put himself 'unda da nife' at the Painboss's 'serjury', seeking to make himslf even bigger, nastier, and most importantly, 'arder.
