The Damocles Command Rhino is a command vehicle used by the Space Marines.
Summary
One of the main purposes of the Damocles is to coordinate ground forces with any Space Marine or Imperial Naval forces in orbit above a planet, and relays message or targeting information to the fleet. As such, the Damocles is a non-combat vehicle, only armed with a single Storm Bolter for defense.
Manned by a crew of 3, consisting of the Driver, Communications Officer and Operations Controller. Although most Space Marine commanders lead from the front lines, there is a seat available to them if the need arises that they should make use of it's equipment.
