The Dernhelm 9th is an Imperial unit known to have participated in the 13th Black Crusade.^[1]

Though it would maybe be possible from the used nomenclature to conclude that the Dernhelm 9th is an Imperial Guard Regiment the source does not provide any details on the unit.
