Dragonfire Bolts are a variation on the standard bolt shell, and are used primarily by Space Marine Sternguard Veterans.
Overview
Dragonfire Bolts are used to bypass cover, meaning that any enemy that tries to hide will still be hit with the same damage. The bolts work by exploding with a gout of superheated gas, which makes a mockery of any cover.
