Drone Controller

A Drone Controller is a piece of Tau equipment which allows an individual to command one or two Drones. They are most often found on Battlesuits, but occasionally found Hardwired directly to an individual.
It acts as a go-between, between the drones and the user (eitheir a battlesuit or infantry- usually a Fire Warrior team leader) and allows them to communicate. This is vital because otherwise the drones would not be able to operate effectively on their own. The only time they can operate independantly is in a squadron of 4 or more.
The Drone Controller is a battlesuit support system and can be hard-wired
