Eidolon is a former Eldar Maiden World hidden deep in the heart of the Eye of Terror. The land mass of the planet is in a constant state of flux and is divided into four empires, each one claimed by one of the Chaos powers who wage eternal wars to encroach into other territories. The planet is supposedly home to many valuable ancient artifacts dating back to the Fall of the Eldar.
