El'Phanor is a Dead World in the Segmentum Solar. It was ruled by the Kromarch, housed within the Citadel of Kromarch, but during the 4th Black Crusade in 001.M34 the planet was destroyed. It is located to the galactic south east of the Eye of Terror, directly in the path of forces heading towards Terra from the Eye.
The planet was conquered by Abaddon the Despoiler and led to the complete devastation of the entire planetary system.
