Living Ammunition

Fleshborers lives inside a termagant's fleshborer nest. They are shot into enemy bodies, then live inside these bodies, growing and breeding, until reabsorbed by a new termagant.1-p.8

Physiology

Fleshborer Beetles are simple creatures, bioengineered for the single purpose of being shot at an enemy and, essentially, eating them from the inside out. If they are fired from the Fleshborer nest and do not find a target, they quickly die due to their outstandingly high metabolism.
