The Grey Knights Intervention occurred during the 13th Black Crusade, when war raged across the surface of every world in the Cadian Sector and Daemons walked freely upon the Hive World Xersia. No mortal was safe from the terrible predations of the creatures of the Warp, but there existed one force capable of opposing them: the Grey Knights. Through the intervention of these most noble and heroic of all the Emperor's warriors, a cataclysmic daemonic incursion was thwarted and the forces of the Imperium upon Xersia were given the chance to fight another day.[1]
