Immortal

Immortals are a unit available to the Necrons in their army list. They are said to be the most favoured of the servants of the C'tan, and were the first to give up their bodies. They are metal giants, equalling a Space Marine in height, but wielding far more dangerous weaponry.
Due to their age, their silver sleekness has been worn away, although this in no way reduces their terrifying appearance. They advance into battle with an eerie silence, which is far more unnerving than a bloodthirsty battlecry.
They are effectively bigger versions of the Necron Warrior. A squad consists of between 5 and 10 and they are armed with Gauss Blasters and may take Disruption Fields if they are forced into combat with a vehicle, although it is likely that many vehicles will have been destroyed long before they reach the Necron lines. Their stronger weapons and greater body strength allow them to move with their weapons and still have a greater firepower than Necron Warriors.
