Background
The Iron Hearts are a Space Marine Chapter mentioned in Into The Maelstrom p. 199 in the short story Hell in a Bottle by Simon Jowett. At the end of the short story a Chaos Lord gains entrance to a training center via the body of a failed Space Marine. Further canon goes on to state that the Chapter was all but annihilated fighting the Chaos Lord who manifested in their system. Only two companies, the Sixth and Tenth, remain at partial strength.
