Ix'thar'ganix is a Lord of Change of Tzeentch, also known as the Slayer of Destinies.[1]

History

After the creation of the Grey Knights Chapter, Ix'thar'ganix foresaw the role they would play in his downfall and the threat the Chapter may eventually pose to the Chaos Gods. Overcome with his own cunning, the Lord of Change began a plan that would take eight thousand years to come to fruition and seeded lesser Daemons on worlds all across the Imperium, so that he might subtly manipulate future events.[3]

When Tzeentch had given the Daemon a glimpse of a young child born on the world of Omegath who would eventually become a powerful oracle, Ix'thar'ganix would crave the boy's power and used all of his magic to open a warp rift, entering the Materium and leading a daemonic invasion of the world. Not knowing the exact location of the boy, for twenty days the forces of Ix'thar'ganix ravaged the planet, battling the world's Planetary Defense Forces. Eventually running across an old farm commune, the Lord of Change finally discovered his prize and stole the child's power of foresight. His daemonic legions vanished soon after.[1]

Ix'Thar'ganix appeared once more in the the Plague of Madness of 941.M41, manipulating the Great Unclean One Lurgon into battling the Grey Knights.[2]
