Rear Admiral Kaminska was the elderly commander of the Imperial Navy warship Wrathful and its escorts during the opening days of the Horus Heresy. An officer of the Saturnine Fleet, Kaminska decried the impending end of the Fleet's unique identity and traditions as it was absorbed entirely into the Imperial Navy. She resented the commandeering of her ships by Ultramarine Captain Cestus but grew to grudgingly respect his honour and loyalty.

Admiral Kaminska was killed when the Wrathful was destroyed by the Word Bearers Legion during its attack on Macragge.
