Kas-Sonda is an Inquisitor of the Ordo Xenos who was charged with investigating the Genestealer Cults after the Ordo learned how widespread throughout the Imperium they were.[1]
When the Inquisitor's investigation was complete, the Ordo Xenos learned that many of the weapons used by the Cults have either been bought on the black-market or stolen from Planetary Defence Forces, Adeptus Arbites precincts, or even Astra Militarum training grounds and fortresses.[1]
