Heraldry

The Knights of Gryphonne wear orange armor with black aquila and generator. The chapter deviates from the standard Codex Astartes in that they do not indicate the company affiliation on the armor.¹

Crusaders

After the destruction of their world (which was either the Gryphonne IV Forge World or another world in the Gryphonne system) by the Hive Fleet Leviathan, the Knights of Gryphonne survived as a Crusading Fleet-based chapter.^2a The last known location of their fleet was in the Segmentum Tempestus near the Reductus Sector.^2a
