Returned to Imperial space bearing the Spear, with its crew swearing fealty to Arkio, after his emergence as Arkio the Blessed. Sanguine Tear Strike Cruiser Post-Heresy Took part in the Imperial response to the 7th Black Crusade. Impaled by a Chaos Cruiser transporting a warband, led by Khârn, who slaughtered those on board. Destroyed once the Chaos force departed.
In late M41, the Sanguine Tear was part of a Blood Angels strike force that took part in the Diamor Campaign, though whether this was the original vessel or a completely different ship is not known.

Wings of Baal Strike Cruiser Post-Heresy Took part in the Cryptus Campaign, where it served as the command vessel of Captain Donatos Aphael. [17]
