Leo Niveus was a Captain in the Blood Ravens Chapter who caused a general uprising on a planet by crushing the life out of its Planetary Governor, who Leo considered treasonous. This eventually led the Inquisition to order an Exterminatus performed on the planet to finally end the uprising.[1]
