From Lexicanum

The Liber Chaotica is a five volume book produced in the Warhammer Fantasy setting that discusses the Gods of Chaos. There is some cross over from the generalized descriptives of the gods and their daemons, and occassional discussions of the Space Marine followers of the powers. They are "written" by Richard Kless, a Warhammer Fantasy character who is investigating the powers of Chaos.

Liber Chaotica: Khorne

Volume One of the series. The work emphasizes the nature of Khorne and the religious cult following the diety. Kless describes the god's aspects of violence, fighting and war.

The work describes many aspects of Warhammer Fantasy, but for the 40,000 setting, it discusses the Bloodthirsters, the Juggernaughts, the Bloodletters, Fleshhounds, Defilers, Berzerkers, Khorne's Space Marine followers, and the Black Crusades.

Liber Chaotica: Slaanesh

Volume Two of the series. The work emphasizes Slaanesh's birth, descriptions on the god, and the religious cult following the diety. Kless describes the god's aspects of seduction, pleasure, and vanity.

The work describes many aspects of Warhammer Fantasy, but for the 40,000 setting, it discusses the Keeper of Secrets, the Daemonettes, Slaaneshes's Space Marine followers, and aspects of the Eldar's relationship with Slaanesh.

Liber Chaotica: Nurgle

Volume Three of the series. Nurgle is the only god discussed without a discussion of his Space Marine followers. However, it does describe Nurgle's aspects, his rot/plague, and his cult following.

The work describes many aspects of Warhammer Fantasy, but for the 40,000 setting, it discusses the Beastmen, the Great Unclean One, and the Nurglings.

Liber Chaotica: Tzeentch

Volume Four of the series. The work describes Tzeentch, the nature of the warp/magic, and the religious cult following the diety. Kless describes the god's aspects of confusion, knowledge and transformation.

The work describes many aspects of Warhammer Fantasy, but for the 40,000 setting, it discusses the Thralls, Magnus the Red, Magus's Legion, the Discs of Tzeentch, the Horrors, and the Lord of Change.

Liber Chaotica: Chaos Undivided

Volume Five of the series. The work discusses the minor gods, the types of gods, and general information on the nature of Chaos.
